Southern Field days along with the Rugby Southland are excited to announce that we will hold a grassroots rugby game in conjunction with our Feb 2020 Southern Field days event.

The match between a Southland Invitational 15 and the top Fijian provincial team the Sigatoka River Safari Nadroga Stallions will be held at our very own Fred Booth Park adjacent to the Field days site at Waimumu on Thursday 13th February 2020, kick off at 6pm.

This is an exciting opportunity for Rugby in the South, with this game being a great proving ground for players eyeing a spot in the 2020 Southland Stags squad. The squad of 23 will be a selection of Southlands top rugby talents, with some new and familiar faces.
