Exclusivity

Our 1^st XV will only consist of fifteen companies, each having industry and/or brand exclusivity for their sector.

All 1^st XV Sponsors will be selected, appointed and chosen taking into account the best interest of all other fifteen companies.

Ticketing

Guaranteed provision of ten (10) quality seats to the Highlanders Rebel Sport Super 14 match in Invercargill.

Guaranteed provision of twenty (20) covered stand seats for every Air New Zealand Cup match at Rugby Park Stadium.

Guaranteed provision of fifty (50) ground entry passes for one Air New Zealand Cup match per season at Rugby Park Stadium.

Our ticketing is designed to reward your staff and their families or to use with your customers in a sales promotion or reward scheme.

Radio and newspaper - we will provide each 1^st XV sponsor with quality radio and newspaper advertising media credits, that will enable your company to tell the story as to why you have backed the region's Premier team - or you can simply use your media credits to advertise your business, brand, products or services.

One sign 0.70 metres x 5 metres at every home Air New Zealand Cup match.

We are committed to making this a viable business opportunity for you. You will have access to all of Rugby Southland's databases, targeting clubs, rugby players, season ticket holders, sponsors, rugby coaches, rugby managers and referees totalling some 6000 people.

Promotions

After discussion and assistance from us, each 1^st XV sponsor has the right to produce one quality sales promotion per annum utilising our team, our players and the Team Southland Brand.

We will provide you with the opportunity to utilise all contracted athletes for up to ten (10) hours per annum, for promotional activites, as required, at no additional cost (in conjunction with NZRU Player's Collective Agreement Regulations).

Team Southland Brand

All 1^st XV sponsors will have the right to utilise our brand and / or our logo device on company stationery such as letterhead / business cards etc. in order to communicate to your customers and staff that you are a member, putting something back into our community.

Leverage Rights

You will be able to leverage your brand alongside our team, by developing various advertising and communications strategies that affect your desired consumer take out.

Communications

We'll provide you with a bi-monthly newsletter that outlines how our team and organisation is progressing throughout the year, plus it will provide a vehicle for your company to share with other sponsors what's going on inside your business.

We'll also provide you with a face to face formal communications cycle between ourselves and your appointed liaison person, to proactively keep you abreast of all our progress and developments.

Our Relationship With Your Company

As described, this is an exclusive partnership designed to set apart a core group of leading Southland businesses who believe that it's with their help alone, that Premier Division One rugby will remain in Southland.

In addition each of our 1^st XV sponsors will have the knowledge that they've got in on the ground floor, investing when we need help. In so doing, they are recognising how significant the economic impact is to remain in the Premier Division One Rugby competition in New Zealand and how important it is for the team in Southland to be successful.

Contractual Term

Because we are committed, we are seeking a long term partnership. Based on our performance, and your investment in our vision.

Commencing with an initial contract period of three years, with a guaranteed right of renewal for additional terms if required.

Commencing in 2008.

Investment

NZ $25,000 per annum + GST as from a mutually agreed commencement date in 2007.

Payment schedules available.

CPI Indexed, annually.
