We have several hospitality options available to those spectators and businesses that wish to take their Rugby Park Stadium experience to the next level.
FOOTY CLUB
Situated in the President's Suite under the main stand at Rugby Park Stadium, your Footy Club guests will be treated to finger food and drinks for half an hour prior to your selected match. Your event manager will then take you through to your seats in the stand, and you and your guests will have beverages served to you throughout the match in your seats. Afterwards, you are welcome to return to the President's Suite after the match and enjoy further food and drink service.

TENT CITY
This is your opportunity to get your Social Club together, organise a staff function, entertain clients or enjoy a day out with mates at the rugby. Make sure you're in quick to secure your tent, as spaces are limited.
In a special offer for tents booked before July 01 2008, you will receive ten terrace tickets to an Air New Zealand Cup home match of your choice!

20 Person, 3 x 3m Tent, including 20 Tickets to your tent, 2 Trestles & 6 Chairs $795.00 + gst
30 Person, 3 x 6m Tent, including 30 Tickets to your tent, 2 Trestles & 6 Chairs $1025.00 + gst
60 Person, 6 x 6m Tent, including 60 Tickets to your tent, 2 Trestles & 20 Chairs $1880.00 + gst
80 Person, 9 x 6m Tent, including 80 Tickets to your tent, 2 Trestles & 20 Chairs $2300.00 + gst
100 Person, 12 x 6m Tent, including 100 Tickets to your tent, 3 Trestles & 20 Chairs $2845.00 + gst
Tent City is open to you and your guests 30 minutes prior to the match and is open for 45 minutes after the final whistle.
All Alcohol requirements are handled by Dean Miller at the Invercargill Licensing Trust 0274 323 902
All functions at Rugby Park Stadium are catered by Elmwood Catering contact Bernice on 03 2183125
Tents will be identified by your company name
Trestles and Chairs to be set up upon your arrival, as you wish
Rubbish Bins are provided, along with dedicated bathroom facilities
These are the only Tent City options available
Please note any unused tickets cannot be returned or refunded
Beer, Wine and Non-Alcoholic drinks only permitted
